Construction sites on the railway network represent a great safety risk for personnel working there. The Securitas security guard’s duty is to warn construction teams of approaching trains. The special training of our employees takes this great responsibility into account.
RAILWAY CONSTRUCTION SAFETY
- The Securitas security guard is informed by radio of approaching trains
- Should the automatic warning system fail, the Securitas guard can use a bugle to get workers to leave the area immediately
- Should an emergency situation become apparent despite the warning, the Securitas guard can initiate emergency braking of the train
